Need a new ISP

Hey NS, some of you guys have more knowledge about ISP's/Cable companies than I do. My family currently has time warner, but after a few phone calls and trying to upgrade through shitty customer service reps, my dad and I think its time for something new as they fucking suck.

Location: Southern Maine
What we need: Internet, Phone, Cable (basic) at a good price (hopefully)
What I want: Fast internet speeds (20+Mbps DL, over 1Mbps upload that we currently have, 5 would be nice)

Any suggestions? Smaller ISP's with faster speeds/better customer service would be very nice.

AT&T is running a special in my area for 25Mbps for $30 a month. Their provided router blows dick but if you have a better one you can use it or you can use a repeater to up it. I tested my wireless on my router at 22Mbps down and 1.7 up

definitely. Comcast and TWC both blow

Probably going to have to go with AT&T. Verizon doesn't provide to my area (Time Warner basically has a monopoly, FFUUUUU)
