Where to work, Rusutsu or Niseko?

Alright guys, im basically looking for some advice. Ive been offered jobs at both Rusutsu and Nihon harmony resorts (Niseko International Snowsports School). I literally have no idea which to choose, this will be my first full season instructing and ive never been to japan before. From what i can gather each has their pros and cons.
Rusutsu:
Pros:
Free accommodation (with a month free after my contract finishes)
Attracts wealthier clients (potentially better tips)
Quieter which means allot more fresh tracks
More time for me to focus on self progression
Cons:
No nightlife! from what i can see its all pretty self contained with no nightclubs or bars worth my time.
Less pay!
Smaller resort
Mustard yellow uniform!
That pretty much states all my worries, if anybody has experienced either or both resorts i would appreciate some guidance!

Make sure your employer sponsors you a work Visa. Trust me on this one.

On balance, I'd say go for Niseko. I can't offer any specific instructing perspective but have spent a fair amount of time at both places. (I have a season pass for Rusutsu and also often ski at Niseko)
Mainly for the living situation. Rusutsu doesn't have a lot going on after the lifts close, and not many foreign season workers, so your social life may be limited. In Niseko you have tons of bars etc and a lot of other season workers to hang with.
Also, although the terrain at Rusutsu is sick, maybe as an instructor you wouldn't be taking your clients off into the trees too much (sorry, I may be wrong on that!). In Niseko there is more 'client friendly' powder. And if you're in Niseko you can always head to Rusutsu to shred on your days off.
If I were in your position, I'd go with Niseko. Others may chose differently. Either way, you're in for a good winter.
I'll be at Rusutsu a lot this winter, so drop me a line if you want someone to show you around!
And re the visa poster above, yes. That's solid advice! Sounds like you're talking from experience!

Couldnt ask for a better reply, thankyou!
I was leaning towards Niseko to begin with, I dont think I could deal with the boredom. I hear rusutsu is pretty expensive aswell.
Im pretty much a novice in the park so I want to focus on that this season, and it looks like niseko is much better equipped for that too.
