They're fun. My main ski these days is the TST, but I have a pair of 6 year old ARVs that I still break out every now and then. Super soft so butters are easy, and at 95 underfoot are still stable at speed (mind you this isn't a ski you'd want to charge steep chutes with, but that doesn't seem like your objective). Easily the most versatile ski I've ever owned- you can lap the park with it, have fun in the trees, and even ski pow with em.
Only other thing I'll add, and I'm not sure about the newer ones (I know the dimensions are pretty much the same every year), but mine are full sidewall construction so if you're bashing rails on the reg you might blow through them. That said, I only hit the occasional rail and I'm still skiing the same pair 6 years later. Two big thumbs up- they wouldn't still be making the same ski year after year with little to no changes if they weren't worth continually producing.
