There's nothing in the affordable care act that dictates health care details for everyone. There are just a few regulations on health insurers saying for example that they can't deny people with pre-existing conditions, coupled with a mandate that all those who can afford it buy insurance. It's basically a giant blowjob to the insurance companies actually.

I think it was pretty equal. Romney performed similarly to the last one, and Obama was stronger than the last one (which isn't saying much), so everyone is saying that Obama won based on his previous performance IMO.

I thought that same thing too at first, but were you watching it on CNN with the undecided voter tracker? As soon as Obama went to the 47% comment, both the men and women lines immediately dropped, and stayed low until he was done. I don't know how credible that tracker thing is but it surprised me.
