Links not opening in new tab (Mac/Firefox)

This has happened before in the past. Cmd-click or middle mouse click is not opening links in a new tab for the last couple of days, across the whole website not just the forums.

I'm using an old version of OSX and Firefox 15.0.1. I've not tried other browsers yet. Anyone else?

I had a random day where that didn't work with Chrome a few weeks ago. No idea what fixed it or caused it in the first place.

Can it be changed that all external links open in a new tab automatically? I want an NS tab open in my browser 100 percent of the time.
