Replying to Holy Shit Zappos...

Is so fucking awesome! Bought a pair of shoes today and chose Standard Shipping instead of the 2 Day Shipping (I need them this week). So I got in a live chat with an employee (so much easier than email or calling) and within a minute she said she couldn't give me 2 day shipping... but would give me 1 day free. Since then I've had a ton of other situations like this and it's just fucking great! I'm buying all my shit from there now.
