Threads getting stuck in "the twilight zone'?

I and other seem to be noticing this today,
when thread are created, they aren't showing up in the forums, but they do when they get bumped
I'm on a mac and chrome if that matters.

For me the up/down vote button are on the top of the thread, as well as what should also be at the bottom.
Might be a bit random but didn't want to make a thread. And it could be related, I dunno.
