This is such a prime example of a retarded youth culture that is obsessed with social media. Forget calling 911 when you can tweet about it, make a Facebook status, and instagram a picture of the killer.

Assuming this is real shit, she's actually smart as fuck.

Obviously staying quiet was top priority, so calling 911 isn't an option. It's probably better she tweeted it instead of just texting one single person as she can say the same shit, but more people will see it.

UPDATE 11:55 p.m.: Clark police chief Alan Scherb has dispelled rumors that Kara was kidnapped.

"We don't feel any foul play was involved," he said. "There was nothing disturbed inside the home."

Dozens are now tweeting that Kara has been found. But Scherb said she is still missing.

He asked Kara to call police.

"Obviously, our concern is for your safety," Scherb said.

Others were skeptical about her pleas for help, pointing out a Tweet that allegedly popped up on Alongi's account that said: "Why is everyone saying I'm missing? I was jkin haha" and was deleted a short time later.
