Yeah my teachers wouldn't say a word about it. A kid two years ago sat next to me cherry eyed basically everyday after lunch and my teacher would just give him a glare while passing papers out if he was insanely baked which was most days.

The guy in the video probably just smoked a blunt 5 minutes prior to class and stunk the whole room up. Smoking blunts before class is a no, no.

I had a mega stoner social studies teacher. He would regularly teach without shoes on and was baked most of the time teaching. He was definitely a good teacher though, and a lot of people liked him.

yup my teacher taught barefoot higher than the dude and slowly work his way around the room as he was lecturing. Half way through the year he came up with this new way to teach the class, and gave us talk about how the mind takes in information, and the best conditions for a learning environment. and he put tons of effort into making learning easier for us, and had the principal come in and ok what he was doing and the principal was stoked on it.

wait so the teacher didnt even see actual weed on the kid? he just smelt it and went straight to the kid with a cannabis leaf on his shirt? Common sense dictates that as logical sure, but this would never hold up in court with out tangible proof. Im on the kids side, although i skipped a lot of that video so i could be wrong.

Haha, its obviously him and its school. You lose certain rights at school for the "safety" of the student body. The teacher seemed relatively chill about it, but the stoned black kid is to high, paranoid and has a loss of common sense so he gets super defensive.

No one I'm just saying if the kid had received any punishments by the school he could take it to court and as long as there is no tangible evidence of the kid being in possession of weed, he would be fine

one of my friend's philosophy professors apparently began o draw a rose on the board (had to do with some chinese analogy) and he ended up drawing a pot leaf instead. then he said "im sorry, my mind must have been wandering" before erasing the pot leaf and drawing the rose the way its supposed to be.
