does anyone know any sounds that FREAK OUT HORSES????? SERISOULY i need to kno NOW! if ANYONE KNOWS POST IT cause when the riots start here, cops get on horses and if we can find out what noise 'spooks' them then WHOLEY SHIT!

chances are the horses they used have been trained to ingore that stuff. Also, if a horse flips out, it could hurt a lot of people, not just cops either... just keep that in mind.

Maybe get like a marraca (shaker) or something. I heard horses get freaked out because it sounds like a rattlesnake. But i doubt it would be audible to a horse during a riot.

^Hey there kiddies, Police horses go through alot of training so they don't spook. Otherwise they'd buck their rider the second they got near a riot, and yeah of course they are trained to ignore gun shots. You're going to have trouble spooking them. I also think they have blinders on so they can't get spooked from sudden movements next to them.

like horns like the fog horms you get for foot ball games, police horses are very very well trained, they spook at like nothing, so good luck, you need a LOUD unexpected noise, or like smothing flashy and shiny, or like a towel whipped right in the horses face, yea some jack ass did it to mean when i was riding the number 1 large pony in the country, when i was cantering around the ring, it was cute
And it makes me see, every puff that I breathe, potent herbs and leaves could ease the world . . .

well anything really can, from the creaking of a door, slamming around random things, turning on a car, ect... it depends on the horse and if theirs a person on it, its a really bad idea because being on a horse that spooks is not a good thing. I've had to deal with it a ton and the one time I got thrown off, I managed to get chucked into a fence, which hurt like a bitch or atleast the part I can remember.

i ran into my friends barn on his dirtbike going 20mph.. the horse kicked the barn and put a huge hole in it, it was hilarious.. except the motor burned the skin off my thigh and i have a Z, like zorro, shaped scar on my thigh and i broke my wrist but still skated and skied anywho, yippie
