Dakine Outerwear???? Who knows?

Does anyone know how the new Dakine outerwear holds up? I have 3 packs and they are great but I have had a hell of a time with there gloves falling apart on me. I dont want to spend $300 on some shit that is going to fall apart. Anyone know anything good on this?

If it's anything like their backpacks then the outerwear is probably durable.

from what ive seen, im not impressed. the garments are cut for a short fat guy. not practical for an athletic skier or someone not 5'2" 190 lbs.

I've had 2 pairs of their gloves last me 10 years(Cobra, Bronco GT), so their good stuff will last.  Low end shit is, well, low end shit.

My packs and luggage have held up well too.  Only time will tell about their outerwear.

I've been wearing the Dakine Outerwear since Feb. in all conditions and been loving it. True I work for the Dakine and its my job to say this but I'm not blowing smoke. The guys to really ask are Chris Benchetler, Todd Lagare, Sam Cohen just to name a few. They put the outerwear through all types of testing and are backing the product.
