I have to to this chart for math and i need to know a few things

your age
how many hours of sleep you get a night
how tired you are the next day 1-10
1= not tired
10= very very tired

7 hours a night on average
between a 1 and a 6, depending on the time of day, but mostly towards the 1 side... mid afternoon i get pretty sleepy, but it usually doesnt last and by supper time im awake again.

usualy around 4-5 hours a night, but i make up for it on weekends where i sleep 8
