Why don't they submit to USNews? Are they scared they'll get ranked poorly? Not surprising, USNews has been known to give bad rankings to shitty schools.
DO NOT GO TO FRANKLIN PIERCE, first day I got their I knew I wanted to transfer out. Place is miserable, middle of fucking no where, no party scene, fucking sucked. It was like spending 4 months in jail, not really, but really, dont go there
University of Colorado Boulder, University of Utah, University of southern California, University of Maryland College Park, Champlain College, Full Sail University, and Drexel.
Just got accented by Boulder so im pretty chillin. Also got into fullsail
Your argument, or the argument it appears you were trying to make, was that the west coast has just as many prestigious schools as New England. Don't change your argument when people to start to disprove it, you end up looking like a fool.
i never said the west coast has just as many prestigious schools as New England, all i did was list colleges on par with the New England colleges that were listed... learn to read before trying to troll kid.
No its just that I would love to go to UVM, but if I didn't get enough financial aid or scholarship money from them then I might end up at Umass, which is my last choice but would be pretty much free.
My list changes daily. for now it's UNH, UMO, Bowdoin, Colegate, UVM and maybe Concordia. Half of these don't offer a BFA in art however which is what I'm looking for
i dont need to get into any of these colleges... im already at a top 50 university... learn to read and do you research before talking shit kid, your embarrassing yourself.
lol Pepperdine are you serious????? um more like the O.C????? if you want a great religious university hit up Baylor, Notre Dame, Boston College( religious but not really), Georgetown( same as BC), st. thomas aquinas, BYU ( only if your LDS), Wheaton College IL.
Really? Top 50 for what? Can't be for academics, since you consistently use the wrong form of "you're" in your losing argument. Just quit while YOU'RE ahead man.
First off, Concordia is literally in the OC. Second, no one actually from Orange County calls it "the OC." Next, Wheaton is the only evangelical school in the same mindset as Concordia or Pepperdine that you mentioned. Lastly, have you ever been to Pepperdine?
Indeed I have. There's kind of a beach vibe, but not as bad as at UCSD or UCSB or even CSULB. I have also been to Concordia. I would not call Pepperdine anything like "the OC."
i can tell that you know nothing about these colleges so i will have to explain it to you as simple as possible.... they are religious in the sense that they were both founded as Jesuit (Catholic) universities, BC and Georgetown does not require students to actively participate in the Catholic faith though, and their student bodies are not very religiously active. The overall atmosphere of the two colleges is not considered faith oriented by most and anyone who has been to one of these colleges would know that they are not very religiously active.
So they were founded on religious principles, but are no longer religiously based? So....they're not religious anymore....I don't see how you proved me wrong in the slightest....
AND, my cousin just graduated from BC, and I was investigating it as a possible safety school, so don't give me any shit about "knowing nothing about the school".
you are from Cali so you are purely looking at Pepperdine from an insiders point of view, if you were from OOS you would be able to pick up on the "O.C" atmosphere that the college embodies.
good luck getting into a school that you clearly know nothing about. if you knew anything at all about BC you would not be making head up your ass comments like "So they were founded on religious principles, but are no longer religiously based? So....they're not religious anymore....I don't see how you proved me wrong in the slightest?
You just tried to prove me wrong by saying "If you really knew anything, then you wouldn't be making such head up your ass comments...." So, prove to me why what I said didn't make sense. You've contradicted yourself so many times already in this thread, I can't wait to read what you have to say next.
do your research and actually look into those college before trying to talk shit kid. i am not explaining something to an idiot who knows nothing about them.
Damn, you Americans hear from schools this early? We Canadians haven't even applied yet for the most part - deadlines are like in February, and early acceptances don't even come until January... Most acceptances come March-May...
