Housing in Park City area Jan - March 2013

Hey guys.

I'm sure you're probably sick of looking at accommodation threads however if I could get some help it would be much appreciated.

My brother and I are looking for a 1 room apt, or a room in a house in the summit county area to stay in. I've had a look on Craigslist but I think it's too far out. (for jan - march)

We've been in the area before living on Pinebrook blvd near Kimball Jnct so we can provide references. We can probably stay with friends for a short period but can't take over their home!

If anyone is looking for roommates or know of somewhere going give me a PM, cheers!

---Preferably accommodation would be within the bus route from PC as we likely won't have a vehicle.
Any help muchly appreciated, have friends staying in Colorado we could stay with but, don't particularly want to go to Colorado!

3 months is gonna be tough. Most short term leases in PC are going to be 6mos and run through April or May. As much as it sucks and will probably stress you out, you'll probably have to try and snag something right before you come out via sublease. By January people will be getting fired and have to leave, get hurt and not want to stay, etc. And the most affordable options in town you'd need to have locked down by October for the most part. Only other option would be to enter into a 6 or 12mo lease with the knowledge in the back of your mind that you're going to be breaking it and most likely forfeiting your deposit.
