has anyone heard word on this? I thought POC had planed to release such a model, but I'm not sure. 8tracks isn't cutting it for me anymore.

I use shitty in ear headphones when i Ski. I see SO MANY people wear the over ear headphones and then they eat shit and the break in half. And i just end up laughing. The last thing you should do is use expensive headphones. Some headphones even freeze up if its cold enough. Skiing isnt about looking cool. Its about having fun. You dont need expensive headphones to have fun.

I will agree with ya there. I do like bumpin music when i ski for sure, but i dont want some nice expensive headphones breaking while i Ski. Ha

POC + Beats? god that must cost a fortune, but yeah im with the shitty $20 headphones for skiing, i break so many through water damage its not even worth bringing nice ones to the mtn

how is this at all necessary? just use earbuds, wrap a bandana around you head and throw your helmet overtop of that

I used to have beets that i got on a black friday, I loved them, but I needed money for skis so I sold them, then i bought some 7dollar headphones,,, I like my seven dollar headphones more...

Got mine on a Christmas sale to. Which is the only reason I bought them. When they are 60% off the price to quality ratio is pretty good. What I have never understood is why people buy them and just hang them around their neck. It just makes them look like douchbags....

i still don't get why people ski with music. it takes away the surroundings. i want to hear people around me in the park. a lot of accidents happen because people are hitting obstacles although somebody fell and still lies behind them. also, most of the parks have speakers and play music anyway..

I rarely ever ski with both buds in.
Always one in one out. That way I can still hear my tunes but be aware of my surroundings.

And I would NEVER use beats on the mtn.
My buddy did it for a few weeks. tried to tell him he looked like a goon.
Long story short, he spent more time trying to adjust his headphones then actually shredddinnn.

That kind of quality of audio on the hill is stupid. So much money to listen to music while you ski, it sounds just fine out of cheap headphones when I'm riding.

I've never skied in a park where they have music
I skied without music a few years back and I was exactly like you, but I found out that combining skiing and music is awesome. I do like to listen to music and I do like to ski so why not both?.
