Hey does anyone know any ways that i can feel like i have gotten enough sleep? ok heres my problem... I go to bed at about 9 or 930 every night (you'll hear why)i have to do this because if i go to bed any later than 10 i absolutley cannot get up in the morning. no matter what! my alarm won't get me up and so on. The days that i start school at 830 i go to bed at 9 and i can get up a little better becauyse i get an hour more sleep but other than that i feel like shit in the morning and i can barley get ready for school. Do any of you know anything i can do besides go to bed earlier and besides drink coffee because i hate it...ok thanx
