its easy to be sad right now, but fight it. be happy. be happy like zute was every time you made his day just by seeing you in the morning. be as grateful you got to share this life experience with him as he was every time you filled that bowl with food. or came home from school and played fetch. you werent a part of that dogs life, you were his life. it hurts now but you will be ok. let him continue his journey. he may not be physically by your side anymore, but the memories and love you shared with him will never die.

rip zute. you are one cute fucker whos picture has me smiling my mouth of right now :D (sorry to sound callus, i dont mean it like that)
stay strong brother. you will come out on the other side of this stronger. let your dog lead by example. be as happy and eager and curious as he was. good luck with this NS has your back

Sorry for your loss, dog's are the absolute best. I was just laying with mine, and always just feel so at peace whenever I'm with her. May your dog have unlimited bones, tennis balls, fire hydrants, and comfy couches in doggy heaven. RIP

My sisters chihuahua of 19 years died in her arms two christmases ago. She didn't sleep in her own bed (the dog slept with her every night) for 6 months afterwards.

I dread the day my own personal Golden dies. I got him when I was in fifth grade and he's the fucking man.
