Hangover help, K+ for stuff that works

OK so last night I was having an awesome rager with my frat brothers and to make a long story short, I drank a little everclear. I've been very sick for the whole day, I can't even keep water down. I usually get pretty badly hungover, but this is different as I can usually eat by 3 in the afternoon. Also I have none of my hangover cure (bud), so that's not an option.

The harder you are on your liver, the longer it takes to get over. Electrolites are your friend so drink a lot of gaterade, and get more sleep so your body can recover. Pot is a pain reliever so it's only short term relief. NEVER pain meds!

unrelated but whatever...

so one night i went to my friends house and got drunk but the thing was i had broken my arm days before so it was still painfull and i had no pain meds with me. long story short woke up the next morning hungover with a shooting pain in my arm. twas a bummer.....

all a hangover is, is dehydration. So just drink plenty of liquids and get plenty of sleep. I find that Emergen-c also really helps hangovers.

Coconut water is good, like gatorade but not so sugary. I try to drink a little bit of water and eat some fruit when I first get up, then go back to sleep, when I wake up I feel a lot better and can drink and eat more.

Eat something greasy. greasy foods "line" your stomach which is why you crave it when youre hungover. once you can keep stuff down drink as much water as possible. literally. keep a full bottle of water with you at all times. then chill out and nap. you'll feel fine in a couple hours

pretty sure your not supposed to eat fruits, or drink fruity drinks at all because they have natural sugars in them still. sugary anything enhance hangovers. for me, best thing is to try to sleep it off. or if your puking out whatever you eat/drink, then fuck it, do yourself a favor, stick the butt end of a toothbrush or a finger down your throat, and just puke it all out if you can. for me, i gotta get that shit out, only way to dismiss the stomach rot

nothing helps hangovers. dont drink until you blackout/throw up. problem solved.

The best thing to do is stay super hydrated during the night, because you pee out four times as much as the alcohol you drink.

Half before you go out, probably one and half before you go to bed. The reason why you get a hangover is because most of the time your liver gets overloaded and gets dehyraded from all the ethanol in the alcohol that it has to break down. thus causing your brain to dehyrate in the same way you'd get a headache in the summer from not drinking enough water.

Solution.. stay hydrated. i know most people don't like hereing this because you can get a buzz kill by drinking water but if you try to hydrate before and after it will help.

problem not solved. if you've only ever been hungover the morning after blacking out or throwing up you've either a. never had tequila, or b. are 16 or younger (possible). in a couple years you'll eat those pretentious, mom-toned lecturing words of yours bunnyman

I have actually done this on more than one occasion hahaha I go to the hospital and explain my situation and they give you an IV and you just kinda nap for a couple hours, go home, and feel as good as new. I love having health insurance

Try to remember to drink water before bed.  As much as you can.  It really does help a shitload.   

That said, the best hangover cure I have found in my years of research is thus: 

1)  smoke weed

2)  drink coffee and water

3)  eat greasy fried chicken

That's pretty much it.  The weed helps the nausea, the coffee and water really help bring you back and the fried chicken pretty much hits the reset button for your stomach.

Take a really big dump when you wake up, drink a glass of water, then make afterwards make a power shake with lots of pepto bismol in it. Works wonders.

drink a shitton of water before you sleep, sleep as much as possible, drink more water when you get up, (taking a shit often helps, anyone else?) eat loads of food (bacon, eggs, sausages, bread, cereal) drink more water, keep eating and drinking water, don't go near coffee and take a shower and stuff like that. or just drink more alcohol. that works too

Insert 2 "fresh eggs" and a slice of crisp bacon into your butthole. I find boofing those items to cure even the gnarliest hangover. Also you get to eat the rest of the eggs and bacon.
