Hey everyone,

I shot a rail jam today, and pumped out an edit the same night. I was trying to make it pretty informal. The conditions werent to great for filming, and it was hard to keep everything look the same. Please give me your thoughts on the edit! Its short and sweet.

I watched it through once quickly. Everything looks good, the only thing I noticed is the end is super abrupt. Nice work though overall!

That was great!! I thought the song fit nicely and the angles were good end was slightly aprupt as the guy above me mentioned

Thanks Guys! I agree. The ending was sudden, but i was running low on shots and i couldnt really cut the song anymore. +K for the help!

I think your shutter speed was a bit to fast (or slow, idk I'm not an expert at video), but your shots (which were awesome) just looked a bit choppy to me. Great song choice!

Honestly, it might have to do with editing. I made a thread yesterday on it, but when i get clips into FCP7, i am getting a stuttering shot. Its really annoying. My shutter speed was 1/250, so that shouldnt be a problem. I guess its time to try out CS6 again. Thanks for your input man!

Framing was the biggest thing it started of nice but towards the end got worse.
Also a shot of seeing some one drop in and watch their entire run would of been nice and you probably couldn't of planed for the back flip but that wasn't the best angle

Also what did you film this with and what lens?

Did I really just see a girl 4 out at 0:40? and nicely done, great song choice great video, at 0:08 did you use any equipment for that focus? or was it just using your hand? or was it something software based using auto focus?

Thanks! I was just using my hand and manual focus. Took a few tries. And no haha, that wasnt a girl. He did kinda look like one in that shot though hahaah.
