don't take advice from this guy. i can't bother with your first post lol but wow you are not fasting while you sleep overnight..... your body is still digesting, especially if you eat meats.
Eat my friend!
waaaaaaaaaat?
it's called overloading your kidneys. jesus. it isn't even something that your body needs on a daily basis.
If you want to gain weight, your going to have to put a lot of time into it.
I suggest reading the book 'Starting Strength' it explains everyhting you need to know about how to get stronger (and of course gain mass along the way) - it explains how to do the workouts, when to do them, and how much weight to use. It is considered the Bible of weight training. It is perfect for getting stronger especially for sports such as football.
There is an extensive summary of the book on the bodybuilding.com forums. You should read the summary within a few days to get started and then read the book along the way to perfect your form and better understand the whole theory behind it.
In addition to Starting Strength, I would suggest using a calorie/macronutrient calculator (on bodybuilding.com) and the app called 'myfitnesspal' to make sure you are eating enough calories with the right amount of fat, carbs, and protein.
