That was horrible, and eye opening all in one. My mom has always told me, "You wont know until you have kids of your own." And I've never really understood that. I have a much greater understanding of this now, then I ever have in my entire life. It was an extremely powerful story, which I will remember for a very long time.

And someone get this man a god damn hug.

Welp I am now depressed. I just looked at the OP watched the video thinking he silenced the room with laughter, not exactly what I expecting at all. Makes you really appreciate what you have, such a horrible story. Hope the guys life is better now.

Meh not that shocking. I'm guessing none of you have seen your own parents break down over the loss of their child though. It's a hell of a thing to go through losing a child, I hope to never experience it myself, in a strange way though I feel sort of prepared.

I'm so sorry to hear that man.

I had a friend die a few years ago.  Going to his wake and seeing his parents was the absolute worst thing.  Couldn't imagine that happening within my family.

That video was awesome.  Definitely not enough support mechanisms in place for people who lose a loved one.  Especially sad that men don't get enough support and are expected to not feel emotion.

Also think it was Mark Twain who said something like if there was no sadness in the world, there'd be no laughter either.  Definitely think this video shows how those two go hand-in-hand.
