Replying to Need article for class about switching to digital.

Whats up M&A,
So need to write a paper for my media production class.. It has to be about something/someone converting to digital, so i was curious to find out if you guys know of any good articles..
Here is the guidelines:

In order to stay current about new trends and practices in the field of television and film production each student will be required to complete two article reviews throughout the semester. First, locate an article that relates to the general topics listed below. Second, prepare a summary / interpretation of the article. The summary should be fairly brief (maybe only a half page) and highlight the key points of the article. The bulk of the review should discuss what the topic is and how the particular topic is currently being used in the field of production. The bulk of the review should discuss what you think of the topic and why you think this technology is important to the production industry.
