Hey Ns,
Tries search baring it and Couldn't find anything.
Basically I have a pair of white canvas shoes and I'm trying to figure out an easy way to clean them mostly for dye from jeans bleeding into the fabric.
I have used a old toothbrush with a little bit of soap on it it clean off dirt but I'm pretty sure that just spread out the die more along the side.
I was wondering of anyone on here had any methods for cleaning shoes since Nsers seem to really like their shoes. Thanks
+k for help
grab some spray-n-wash/resolve/shout stain remover, a small cup with a bit of warm water in it, and a toothbrush.
spray a few sprays of your stain remover into the warm water, soak the toothbrush in your mixture, and scrub the shit out of your shoes. if its not working enough, try add some more stain remover. careful with leather though, it will dry it out a lot and make cracks in the leather.
rinse the toothbrush throughly, grab a new cup of warm water, give the shoes another little scrub to get any remaining dirt and excess stain remover out
dont use the toothbrush for your teeth ever again, or do. im not your mom, just some guy on the internet. youd be setting yourself up for a golden wheelchair/darwin award though, just sayin
It worked a bit but I don't think I used enough oxy, ended up just spreading the die although I can not tell yet as most of the white looks a little blue when wet but I cant tell if it worked until its dry.
