I heard it gives you a boost in testosterone, but I couldn't find anything scientifically credible to back that claim up. I decided to give it a shot and I'm actually noticing a difference. I'm not sure if it's just increased focus, but it seems like I've been able to lift heavier and for longer over the past week. Gotta let the pressure somehow I guess.
