nope. They are totally different people. The person from season 1 was Andy Parry's brother. The person from this episode was Lucas Vianna, who slays but is not Andy's brother, just a red headed kid.

I liked the intern, making him wear a GS suit and no sun screen lol. I went on a trip out west with my fraternity and we made a pledge (who was the best park skier among us) wear an old neon one piece the whole time.
