Inside of crobar lens is foggy.. Cleanable?

So I had two lenses that did this on me.. On the first one I just tore the inner lens out, and it was good. Is there any way to salvage the inner lens?  Is there a point to keeping it in there?

Obviously it has to do with anti fogging, but if its all scratched up and i clean it, wont the anti fog layer come off?

If all else fails, submerge it in water, shake it off and leavy to drop dry. Worked on an old pair of Spy I had with condensation between the lenses.

Otherwise, get an Oakley returns box from a good dealer and call Oakley, they should hook you up with a half price replacement.

same thing happened to my splice dark gray lens. tried everything in the books and nothing worked for me. still have not bought a new lens though.

Are you saying that the outside of the inner lens is fogging, or is it fogging between the lenses? Did you ever use any sort of cleaning product on the inner lens? Wipe it with something other than a microfiber cloth?

I just wipe it off with the bag they came in and I don't get any scratches

I think its on the outside of the inner lens.. its kinda like the fogging on car headlights..
