If you mean something like that than yes. This is basically just one shirt with extra material at the neck and the arms so it looks like you are wearing two tees. I dont get why somebody would want something like that but this could fill your needs.

i forget, some shirt store online. it's 6xl tall and I stretched it another 10" by soaking it in hot water and hanging weights from both sides of it while it was hanging up.
