I know your trying to sell them, but 28.5 is already pretty big, have you taken them to a boot fitter to see if you really need a bigger size. Im guessing your fairly young if your still growing, so unless your some monstorus 6'5 kid I would think with some work they will fit. It may actually be that there to big for you, and that is causing your foot to slide forward.
So unless you have tacken them to a fitter and he has confirmed that even with custom footbed they are too small for you, I would hold off on the sale. You could save your self some money.
Also just a heads up, if your selling FT's take pics of the toes so buyers can see how much life is left in teh boot.
