So you'd honestly take grainy asphalt and possibly junkie needles on grass over shoe central?
Hypothesis, sure, but yeah, my opinion and reason for making this thread was hearing, seeing and all-out witnessing (American) people keep their shoes on after they enter through the front door.
There is no point. There is no sense. Take your fucking shoes off, you mongrels.
As this site is, as I'm gladly often reminded, 66,6% American, my friends also told me about this factor that is full carpet - if there is only one surface to clean and vacuum, it doesn't matter if one wears shoes inside, especially if a motherly figure does the job for you, cleaning the dirt.
They're all liberal and sarcastic fuckers, but to their experience, in Colorado(shh) and Pennsylvania it was uncommon to take your shoes off inside the house - any house.
I wear mine around my living room/kitchen cause its hardwood/throw carpet so its no big, but in my room i never wear them. Wearing your shoes on carpet stains the fuck out of it, seen it so many times.
