Replying to Im really worried

okay im a little scared.
I'm a pretty paranoid person so i may be over reacting to these body things happeneing to me.
I'm a very nervous person too. The other day when i was taking a shit, blood just started squirting from my ass. like, its happened before where i wipe and theres some blood, but this time it literally felt like i was pissing out of my ass, but with blood. has this happened to anyone before?!? i think i might have colon cancer or a hemorrhoid. But ive always been scared shitless about having a doctor reach up my anus. someone please tell me what ive got or how to over come my fear!
