I agree with most of this. I also think that having two clubs on campus has really made things better for everyone due to competition. When OneLove was the snowboarding club and UFS was the only skiing club, both clubs would do one or two events a year, make really dumb shirts, and only table 1 or 2 days week.
Now that two clubs with similar purposes exist on campus it has made both clubs perform better. Both clubs have sick shirts (I believe the UFS shirts are poly/cotton actually..and no 4frnt logo this year.. but not sure on that).
Competition keeps prices down. Competition has caused both clubs to table 4 days a week on campus. Competition has caused both clubs to do more than 2 premieres each year. Competition has led to better discounts on gear for members.
Competition is good, I am glad there are two clubs. It just helps promote skiing on campus which is always a good thing.
