Help finding a small part for my car

Hey guys, hoping someone else has some skill finding a part number or something. I broke one of the clamps that holds the aero bars on my OEM roof rack for my 2004 WRX.

This is the OEM rack: http://www.amazon.com/2004-Subaru-Roof-Rack-Crossbar/dp/B006AR1BX2

I'm trying to find just one of the clamps for the aero bar. The part with the two holes for ropes/bungees and stuff.

I can't find it for the life of me and I don't want to buy a new rack for what I'm sure is a $10-15 part. Help me NS!

If I was home in Colorado, no problem. I live in a shithole for a few more months though.
