First of all what do you mean you're supported by Glidecam, how did you manage that? good job. Also sweet name at 0:43 ha ha.
Secondly I wouldn't have used that song, I would have chosen something original. Also I agree with you about overexposure, try to expose the snow rather than the rider, Also your white balance seemed pretty changeable, parts too cold, didn't notice anything too warm really though. Also there was way too much contrast at 2:45, not sure if it's your picture style like you said(also It seems that the general consensus is to use a flat as possible picture style, and just edit it in post) or if it was just the conditions. You also might want to think about how you're setting your shutter speed, and the effect it has on your shot, depending how you want it to come out.
It seemed like there was a lot that you could have taken out, and used less slow motion, as it was pretty long, and you could have used some lifestyle shots, instead of just constant skiing, although the wide range of features made it better. Also what bit rate did you export it at? it seemed like at times there was quite a lot of compression artefacts, but it might just be Vimeo. Also towards the end it started getting pretty shaky. And I would have kept out the shots around 8:00 that were foggy/overcast or at least colour corrected them quite a bit increasing the contrast. Could have done without so many film burns, if any. Sorry for using also so many times.
