Giro 9 just isn't my thing though..and the BL fits so wierd on my head..even though it has tune-ups..I couldn't bring myself to buy something that fits so wierd on my head. It only sits on the top. Most guys that come into our store can't sport it just cuz it looks funny on their heads.

I ended up getting this sickass Scotty Arnold Pro-Model Pro-Tec helmet..its so steezy. Maybe I'll just try and install speakers.

I'm all about the one that fits the best, if there are other companies that make them (i.e. ski company's) that's good to know, cause mabye they'll fit better. If anyone has a helmet like this, let me know what you think about them, and how well they work. cause I'd be awesome to not have to screw with my headphones all the time.

Not only does Burton not make skis they do a crappy job at boards from what I’v heard. I’ll put my money on giro they support skiing

Not to be a dick, but you guys are dumb. Burton, is like every other company in the business, they all want to be successful. It just so happens that they are on top of the snowboarding world and are an easy target. And to say that Burton doesn't make a quality product...OR SO YOU'VE BEEN TOLD...is the most retarded thing I've ever heard. Try the gear out yourself and then formulate an opinion. jeez.

Plus, if Burton was only worried about the bottom line, why would the have the CHILL program, a free program to troubled youth that gives them clothes, boards, boots, etc, puts them on a bus and pays the lift tix for 5 days a week, 8 weeks a year. Yeah, sounds like they don't care about anything. Don't just believe what everyone else says, do some research and formulate your own opinion.

the hi fi is a dope helmet and fits awesome. I haven't 'listened' to the giro and new hi fi ear flap sound systems so i can't say which is high quality. but i do like the hifi dj style headphone look, hoipefully they sound that good too.

you can't go wrong with a giro 9 either. the hi fi is actually lighter, but both fit great

theres an ad in the new freeze for a padded beanie. its pretty chill, its got the earflaps and shit. its called the ordinance also made by R.E.D, the only thing is it wont really help your head much if you fall. still sick though.
