i thought it was meh. nothing really jumped out at me. Charley needed a longer segment and pep is always fun to watch.

how did this throw you off?  you seriously need someone to spell it out for you?  Yes, it is obviously a mistake and it was not released in 2003 bc then you would be able to buy it.

Bought on iTunes last night. It's pretty good. Josh Stack, Mike Hentuictk and Dane had enjoyable segs for sure. Though Tudor's voice over saying how he likes to hit features by himself, in a movie titled WE kinda threw me off. Karl F gets solid reel time but it's a shame we only see Tanner talking about Karl and not shredding with him. It's crazy but somehow PBP manages to overplay Sean Petitt 3's off cliffs in the closing segment. Banger but we've seen so much of it already. The credits close with Rory talking about Sarah's smile, which you see last. Schuster, Brown, Leigh were other standouts. Gnarly Charlie keeps his consistency too. After watching this twice I think PBP was close to having a story/theme that can bring more unity, flow and purpose, but they stopped a touch short.

I was way to fucking drunk to have any idea if it was good or not. I think I liked Pep's, Ager's, Stack's and Karl's segments.

My favorite segment was Max Morello's haha. Seriously that cork 7 was bananas. I have no clue why they buried those shots in the credits.

Leigh, Karl, Pep, Cam, Stack and Mike Henie really impressed me. Leighs seg was probly my favorite urban seg of all time

Sean Petit segment was really not up to his usual standard and certainly was a lacklustre closer. Also I would say I much prefer movies with fewer riders and longer, more focused and well rounded video parts which I really didnt get from WE

Really a great movie tho

I agree and disagree with you. I think that a lot of times skiiers say "hey i need to have style in urban, therefore i need to do a bunch of tranny finds." I believe the 86 really got pretty bogged down in the fact that the entirety of the movie is tranny finds. I still liked the movie because of the music and editing, but i thought the skiing did not really offer anything new to the table, until the last shot of the movie, because everyone just hit rails to tranny finds, with exception to maks and noah. Although, leigh and clayton, especially leigh with massive sw wall rides brought tranny finds/wall rides to a whole new level. In skiing there is always a trend that gets boring after a while, like for instance two years ago simple kfeds on down rails was pretty much every shot, there is always that next level, like when someone does the kfed between two rials
