How do you key frame speed while maintaining sound?

I'm wanting to incorporate a lot more sound from clips, but I have no idea how to key frame speed, so it changes at different points, while still keeping the sound? I could keep the sound and have it all at one speed, or change the speed but have no sound, but I don't know how to get both. After effects/premiere pro Thanks

you want the sound to maintain pitch while you change the speed.

...if your in premiere its a checkbox in the window to change speed.
