Not much. Any camera should be able to handle 100k actuations, newer camera's are rated for 200.000+ as long as you don't buy an entry level one.
In case you're wondering for buying second-hand: I wouldn't give it second thought if the actuations are below 25000.
yeah thats not much at all. i put over 20k actuations on my 7D in around 2 weeks when I was in Africa 2 summers ago. I just recently sold it with around 55k actuations and that seemed pretty average.
i'm bound to have about 40,000 because i shoot timelapses all the time, and sometimes i'll get about 2,000 pictures for one timelapse. my t3i is still going strong, though!
