Help With Camera

Just got a Nikon p510 camera and need help with action shots. I don't know haw to make the setting that will take them and i was hoping you guys could help. +K for good answers.

You just need to have a fast shutter speed. Depends on what exactly you are shooting but about 1/1000 should do the trick- balance the lighting by adjusting the fstop all the way down probably, and iso as low as it will let you without getting too dark to avoid grain
