I'm 5'8 and 130 lbs and want new skis and its between the thalls and ar7s for me, I ski about 60% park 40% all mountain like just messing around on groomers and shit, but I want to start getting more into park specifically rails and i cannot decide which skis... please help +k for help!!!
The Ar7 is a killer park ski. It's just I suck at park. If your already decent at park this will deftly be great for progression. Also great outside the park.
Before this nz season, I could 90 on, 90 off and spins up to right 5.
This season so far with t-halls I have learned left 5's, right sevs, rodeo 5s, flat 3's and 5's, all four twos on and off.
I have loved these skis so far. I've had about 25 days on them and only have a few chips and scratches- they still look practically brand new. I've used them in the pow and around the mountain and yeah, they're not great but hey, they are so much fun butter and play around with.
For reference, I'm 174cms, 65kgs and ski a 176, which is the perfect length.
I'm sure you'll love the AR7, I would've got them but they had sold out in a 176 so I got the last pair of t's in nz haha
your light, want to have fun on groomers and want to ski rails? then the Thall is for you. it is softer than the ar7 so if you want to get up on the tips it will be easier for you to do this on the Thalls. even tho it is softer it is still super stable and a durable ski. Thall FTW
