Replying to Bong Repair

Well I'm an idiot and long story short, I broke the base clean off of my bong. Luckily it was my cheaper bong that I bring out at night and shit but anyways the base is shattered into about 15 pieces, definitely can't glue it back together. Anyone have any recommendations as to how to get it fixed? I was thinking of going to a headshop and seeing if they could hook me up with a glass blower or some shit, seems like it would be a pretty easy fix to attach a new base. Does this seem plausible?
