Decided to take a chance and deal with a new member. He was going to sell me a iPhone 4 that was used for 215$ because he upgraded to 4s. Sent him the money and never got a reply nor did he get on NS. The name he supplied me was fake because as far as i know there isn't anyone with the name Ray Balatik that i could find. Don't deal with him. Currently in a dispute on paypal for my money.
