So I was at the local pool about a month ago with my gopro with a few friends, when one of the guys we were there with decided it would be a good idea to throw it from the 5M onto the pavement below, the case broke and the gopro fell into the water. This guy promised to buy me a new one, but has avoided me and it is obvious that he will not. So ns i ask you what i should do to solve my problem.
