MC Escher is a boss, but in all honestly. Dont draw form a picture, especially someone elses picture. Draw from life. When something is already in picture form its been put into 2d for you already and if you get used to that you wont be able to progress when it comes to drawing figures and what not. Just my $.02

We have to choose a picture to grid off and copy. Just the assignment but i agree with you on the progression aspect but just the assignments dynamic.
