so I need some bindings and I've been looking around, and I really like the Squires. I've done a some research, and I like them because they are light weight. They're going on the 2012 Line Chronic so they're for sure for park. I was wondering if this is a good choice, or if there is something better that I should consider.

If your around 100 lbs they will be fine, if your bigger go for the STH 12 driver, pretty much the best binding in that Din range currently. You should be able to find good deals on last years.

Ignore this, this is the problem with NS, I see so many young kids come in with STH 16's for mounting when they need there din on about 5.

fuck off this is park skiing! if he buys a well made binding it will take the abuse and last him potentially for years. He is mounting it on a full sidewall solid ski not on some kids foam piece of shit.

^ all that post goes to show is how little you know about the actually products themselves. Take the STH 12 and 16, basically the same exact construction (the 14 is the same as the 12) so if you think the STH 16 is good then the STH 12 is just as good but with a DIn range which will be suitable for the OP.

Not trying to be a dick but honestly I see so many kids with bindings which are totally unsuitable for them just because NS said it was the best.

Yeah if your over the age of 14 i'd say don't do it, unless you are super light. I had them i was 135 lbs. aggressive skier, it didn't work. Get griffons

this, they snap into place and it feels really cheap and plasticy, but ive had no problems with them (i only use them cuz they came with my skis)
