Disagree.
Healthcare: His idea to cut the medicare program fucks the baby boomers, both now and long term. You want to know how most elderly people (45 million or so) afford medication? You guessed it. You want to know how much the average senior citizen takes for prescription drugs? In 2005, it was 35 a senior. You want to know how much these drugs would cost 100% out of pocket? 48% more. Well if 16% of seniors live in poverty (7.2 million), and have to pay 48% percent more of the low-average cost of $3000+ an enrollee, you can bet that a decent amount will have a pretty hard time finding help. This doesn't even include those living near poverty (remember, this system helps a majority of elderly citizens with lower income...). If 100% of those low income seniors had family who'd be willing to help pay (and I bet a decent amount have nobody to turn to), you're only going to force more people into economic stress.
(For the record, medicare was created in 1965 with the social security act)
I don't know, I prefer that every citizen in the united states have access to staying healthy. I mean, LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Well, if at least 2.3% of your 311something million citizens (and most likely more, too lazy to run the real numbers) can't even afford to keep themselves healthy/alive, you're doing it wrong.

First, abortion: It's not a federal decision to give a woman a choice, it's not a state's decision either. It's the fucking PREGNANTS WOMAN'S decision to make that choice. And that's all it is: a fucking choice. You don't like it? good, you can have your opinion. But telling everyone, via a law, that abortion should be banned in any case, just because you believe that "rape is a form of conception," does not mean everyone else shares that same belief. Some pregnant women believe the same thing, and will have that baby. Some who are pregnant from being raped have been tragically scarred emotionally, and you want them to birth a child who shares 50% of its genes with someone who literally fucked them without permission?
Gay marriage: it's 2012 Mr. Ryan, equality for everyone, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious preference, or frickin' hair color. If you want to make the whole "marriage is sacred" argument, go right ahead. Divorce is at an all time high. Maybe you should tell the actual straight couples to get their shit together and not make it look like such a joke. After all, isn't that a big no-no in your bible/guidebook to political decisions?
