Just Curious, Why do so many people want to sell their Jiberish?
I would think either because they realize it is not exactly what they wanted, or because they think they can make more money by flipping it on newschoolers.
So then someone else will buy it and be like OMG Jiberish!111! Then they will wear it once, realize it looks retarded, and ship it off to the next kid.
And the cycle continues...
Pick one:
1. _insert pro skier here_ just got spotted wearing different jiberish.
2. They ran out of weed and cash at the same time.
3. Mommy cut their allowance in half when she found their weed.
And on the most rare of rare occasions:
They have an epiphany and come to the realization that they don't want to look like a clown, and that overpriced stupidity is nothing more than overpriced stupiditty, but the world is still, fortunately, filled with peons who's livelihood is devoted to nothing other than a strict adherence to # 1, as restricted by #3.
Some kids are into urban wear, and boutique brands such as jiberish. Since they dont remake their lines, and their lines are usually small quantities, people realize that they can flip a sweatshirt later down the line in order to get one or 2 later, or trade for 2.
didnt read comments but ill just post why i buy and sell jiberish. fist of all i sold alot of stuff in my smash and grab because i didnt like some of the stuff enough to keep it, some of the stuff i bought in bigger sizes and now i want them to fit smaller so i sold my bigger stuff. also sometimes you can make money selling it if you can make good deals and get lucky on a deal. but my main reason is that eventually i get tired of wearing some of their stuff so once i feel like i dont really like something anymore i put it up for sale to get the most money for it, instead of wearing it until it is really worn out and worthless. this way i can enjoy a quality hoodie or whatever it is and get my money back or most of it.paying only like 15 bucks to wear clothes that i really enjoy for a year or so isnt a bad deal. plus you can make money off stuff sometimes. these seem like the main reasons for BST of jiberish. hope this helps ya.
When I was 15 or so I was like many of you, caught up in the ski sub-culture of marijuana and ill fitting cotton wares. I bought an Oh Word sweat shirt at the windells coaches sale for like $45 or something which is still outlandish for something some dirty park rat probably never washed. The following winter I posted it in BST and a bidding war ensued, I sold it for....
$200 FUCKING DOLLARS. Like holy hell two hundred bucks for a two owner crew neck. So that's one reason.
obviously because its superior quality and they love it so much. definitely not because they realize that they just paid a kings ransom for a fools clothing.
