Splice at Opening of Jiberish Armory

Went to the opening of Jiberish Armory in Boston today and was shocked to see the Splice kid there 0_o I thought this kid was a total joke and was like Steve's cousin or some shit that he was trolling with. But now I have my doubts and I'm pretty sure that he is being legit about saying he will drop his edits (even though he never does) This made me just confused as fuck and I didn't know what was going on any more. Anyone actually talk to the kid haha? /claim

this kid says he has dreams, ambitions. i'm cool with that but when some 12 year old spoiled kid shows up on NS saying "you will all be blow away by my pros that I sponsored and my $1ck ed1tz that you'll love me" and he ends up posting shitty videos that he takes down just an hour after posting, and it isn't anything special. So yeah, we're all tired of this claiming prick.

He rarely delivers and when he does, it sucks. Now I don't have the budget like he does, so I can't make anything, and I've never delved in filming so don't say "let's see you do better".

Splice, take a break. honest to god you don't know half of what you're talking about.

exactly, give it a rest. he's twelve....when you were twelve how did you act around kids older than you, especially ones you wanted to impress? the kid has more ambition and drive than 95% of NS. who cares that he doesn't put out edits when he says he's going to; HE'S A TWEEN. SpliceMG is a far cry from the most annoying person on Newschoolers these days and by "calling him out" and acting like assholes to a kid who clearly couldn't care less what people say, (which is totally awesome, good work Josh) you're accomplishing nothing besides continuing to give him a reason to post, claim and promise edits.

kinda sucks that not destroying a 12 year olds dreams of being a ski filmer on a ski website puts you in a serious minority.

lol no i don't, I'm not defending those people. I'm saying, they're all in that splice category, idgaf who wrote them. they're about splice so... same thing in my book. his threads just get more traffic. you can't honestly say you like all the splice themed posts?

how can you group the things posted by him and the things about him in the same category? that's like blaming Saga for all the "What size Saga suit should i get?" and "What color combination of Saga suit looks the best?" threads purely because they make the outerwear. totally ridiculous.
