I started freesking last year. i always wore a helmet and goggle .

I think thats its mor stylish when youre wearing beanies under your helmet.

Now I dont know what i have to do. which helmet size i need, do you use earpads inside and can i use a long beanie or do i have to wear a shorter one.

Im going to buy the giro shiv II matt black.
