Capix helmet?

Anyone know if a capix helmet could be used for skiing?

if you're talking about the baseball cap style, lots of people use them.

i ride their regular ski helmets and they are comparable to bern. maybe a touch lighter which is sweet.

Well, if you have to wear a helmet (like i did for this photoshoot), they're ok. I would look elsewhere if you're seeking real protection and safety. Pretty flimsy, but i don't usually wear a lid.Click for larger image

IMO any helmet with a brim looks shitty when skiing, unless its a small one like bern helmets. But I prefer no brim at all. The Sandbox and Capix ones look terrible on skiers.
