I currently ski moguls competitively with my armada ar7's i found a cheap pair of old rossi 4SM which are in great condition with bindings for 75 is it worth it to get these considering how old they are? I dont knwo much about these bad boys can anyone please help?
Well how well do you do in competition on AR7's? I doubt you will do better on some antiquated Rossis. If you are actually serious about skiing bumps, try to invest in some of the Moment or Fatypus bump skis, or even a pair of Harts. IMO skiing on your (im assuming pretty fresh) Ar7s would be alot better than on those old rossis
if you're seriously competitive, don't even consider those. spend the money and go for the Volkl Wall Mogul or if you want something a little cheaper and you're lighter, the K2 244
twin tips have way too much shape to be competitive in the bumps and they're ofter too soft
Those old skis may not be to bad for bumps but in competitive moguls i wouldnt let there be a chance that in ssy my gold medal run for those bindings to fail. But if i was u if ur competitively skiing bumps invest in a pair of bump skis
Speak to your local shop, see if you can arrange a deal with them... Normally if your a competitive skier they will support you in some way (i.e paying trade price) or see if they have a shop rider program?
